Monthly Social Dance Parties
Once a month, we host Social Dance Parties to give you a fun, relaxed way to put what you’re learning into action.
We begin the evening at 7:00 PM with a beginner-friendly mini class featuring a popular dance of the night. We’ll start with simple steps and build to an optional, more challenging pattern for dancers who want an extra layer.
After the lesson, enjoy open dancing with our DJ playing a mix of favorites—hits from yesterday and today. The DJ will also announce which dances match the rhythms you’re hearing, making it easy to practice what you’re learning in private lessons and group classes in a comfortable environment.
You’ll hear most of today’s common social dances, and our instructors are on hand throughout the party to help you feel comfortable, answer questions, and work through any sticking points. We may even throw in a line dance or two to keep things fresh.
Bring a friend (or come on your own) and enjoy an affordable, upbeat night out in our beautifully lit studio.
