Tai Chi is known as a meditation in motion. An ancient Chinese tradition based on martial arts that is now a popular low-impact exercise method involving slow movements and breathing.

Although Tai Chi is slow and gentle and doesn’t make you breath hard, it addresses the key components of physical fitness — muscle strength, flexibility, and balance.

At Dance Harmony you can practice Tai Chi under supervision of Scott Brumley.

Scott started training under Sifu Jeff Cook in 2002. Since then he has trained under Grandmaster William C.C. Chen, Sifu Rick Barrett, Sifu Nathan Menaged, and the late Grandmaster Cheng Jin Cai.

Sundays at 10:00 – 11:30 AM
