Kids Dance Classes
Kids dance classes are one of our main focus areas. Above all our priority is quality of education delivered in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment for children. In order to maintain good teaching standards we keep the size of the classes from six to twelve students, therefore teachers can notice every child’s needs and address those immediately.
Dance Harmony instructors are top-level professionals – highly ranked competitors and well-trained teachers of dance. During the teaching process they will easily create a safe environment for children to learn and enjoy dancing, understand the basic rhythmic patterns, and interact with friends in a positive and engaging environment.
Although dance lessons can be taken at any age, our experience shows that best results can be achieved primarily when starting at early age, therefore we created our kids’ classes based on students’ age: Level 1 for 3-4 years old, Level 2 for 5-6 years old, Bronze Level (Levels 3-4) for 7-10 years old kids.
Learning to DANCE is more than learning the steps. It is learning the LIFE LESSONS.
During the teaching process teachers will create a safe environment for children, therefore kids will have a wonderful opportunity to learn and enjoy dancing, understand the basic rhythmic patterns, and interact with friends in a positive and engaging environment.
Lessons taken regularly will help your child to retain information better and thus create basic dance skills, strengthen the body, improve posture, and balance. Suplementig classes with optional private lessons will strengthen the skills and deepen the understanding.
During summer break we offer dance camp for kids of all ages. Pre-teen Dance Camp is designated for children with no or little dance experience, while Juniors and Youth Dance Camps are for children who already have competed in dance competitions.
